- Not being pregnant or breastfeeding: BurnX's training programmes and nutrition targets are not made for pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the app is not to be used during either
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your computer and/or account
- Accepting responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password
- Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Ensuring your physical condition allows you to participate in the activities provided by the app
4. Medical Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice: BurnX offers health, fitness and nutritional information including, without limitation, advice and recommendations, that is provided solely as general education and informational purposes. Use of the advice and information contained herein is at your sole choice and risk. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or healthcare professional before beginning any nutrition or exercise program.
5. Limitations
In no event shall BurnX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BurnX, even if BurnX or a BurnX authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on BurnX could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BurnX does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. BurnX may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

BurnX has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BurnX of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

BurnX may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute about them is heard by the state or federal courts located in Florida. This does not take away protections you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
10. Subscription & Billing
Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.
Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account within the app settings.
